So I been doing front squat until I got tired, my back got tired, my Abs can no longer handle this work. I started feeling that's a deadilf squat, a game of supporting the bar more than squatting it
So I say to: high bar squat, but I can't find an only shoes and connot afford the price now.
Can I use running shoes since it have high heel?
Or better put a plate under my heel while wearing converse?
