80% is natural?
#1
What i am mean here is let's take strength:

Lifting weights training, won't turn a weak person into a strongman.

What it does is improve your natural strength by XX%. What that % is i do not know. I am guessing 20-25%

If you take a naturally weak person and get him to lift weights, progress, train etc...you can XX% to his strength but you won;t turn him into a real strongman. Those people were already very strong before they even stepped in a gym.

Same with your physique.

80% is your natural bone structure. You need to keep low fat to see your physique and a bit of muscle by lifting weights can improve it.

But some of the best looking women i have ever seen never even went in a gym. They had wide shoulders, hips, long legs, arms, and simply kept low fat.

It comes back to keeping things real. Lifting weights, muscle growth (natural) can make improvements but it won't transform you. You can't create a strongman or a world class physique.   (i am talking naturally of course)

I don't know if I would consider wide shoulders on a woman attractive. But yes, its the combination of great genetics and lots of drugs that create world class physiques and strongmen not training.

Skeletal architecture is very important for a natural because you cannot build a huge amount of muscle mass to compensate for a small and narrow frame.

I am talking about say a Victorian Secrets model....wide shoulders, long legs, hour glass figure...90% natural. Weights can tone and improve slightly but not the most important point. Grrrrrr.....
