Apparently AthleanX's Overthinking Leads to "Unheard of Gains"

All those "angles" and "science" and Jesse looks like what? Like a natural.

You can get that physique by doing push-ups, pull-ups and running.

That's a fact. You don't need angles and overcomplications.

The amout of views and likes to dislikes ratio is outstanding. Just shows that cycling low doses and puting out overcomplicated stuff that somewhat makes sense can make you successful. I've seen others get away with some ridiculous hogwash only because they look the part.

Generally if a fitness video has lots of likes and few dislikes you should probably skip it. Its human nature to like what sounds to good to be true and what catapults us into fairy tale land.

Thank God I found nattyornot and  started searching for "my first cycle" results and saw that even people who trained for very long and decided to do a cycle or two were very far from the natty youtube stars. Also I find it very funny when fans go meet their idols, some time ago saw Christian Guzman who's not big by any means go to a meet and 90 % of them don't even look like they lift. The others are still very far away from his physique with the occasional few that took the plunge.

Very curious comment from http://nattyornot.com/is-jeff-cavaliere-a-k-a-athlean-x-natural-or-on-steroids/

"These comments are so freakin’ ridiculous. One of his pitches is he lists some Mets players he worked with. Don’t you people know that many of the guys he listed were in fact busted for PEDs and/or have been linked to Canadian sports doctor/doping fraud Anthony Galea?"

It's funny as hell to watch Jeff's fanboys who delusionally defend him in comment section

Is it just me, or does Jesse look like Adrien Brody in "The Pianist" (at the end of that movie ...)?
Slender, feminine frame, fragile and malnourished look, not very impressive.

Did someone forget the "finishing touch" ...?

if natties go to <10% b.f. they start looking ill. Ideal 10-12% range

He does. Don't diss on one of the greatest pianists ever! Pianists are normally far better men than most muscle guys.
