How many of you have seen a natural bench press 300lbs?

Personally, I have seen it once, but the individual in question has very short arms.

Most men benching that weight in any of the gyms I have been to were not natural.

I've seen plenty of them. Just look at the all kinds of beasts in Yuotube comments section...

I normally warm up with 300 after I have had my cornflakes and cherry pops. Then I proceed to bench press 600. If I really feel like testing my strength I'll put my phone down and stop texting while I bench, and then I can normally bench 800.

I’ve done it. Did 305lbs touch n go. I was 21 at the time(42 now). More recently I hit 290lbs. I’m not a big guy, only 5’7” 165lbs. I’ve never seen someone my size benching in the 300 range.

Maybe you were taking supplements at the time  Big Grin
You probably have favorable leverages at your height, haven't seen more than 225 lbs at 6 or more feet and who is a natty

Ha, only supplement I’ve taken was whey protein (waste of money). As gifted as I am, with favourable leverages for the bench press, I am equally un-gifted at the squat.

I have seen bunch of 5'7-5'8 160 lbs guys doing it, but they all have thick wrists and huge bony hands. All of them prioritized the upper body in their training.
One of these guys was break dancer and he was able  to jump on one of his arms, so you can guess that he had iron wrists.

no idea...i have no interest in what anyone else lifts...

300lb = 133kg.

I would have thought this was possible for the right lifter. (naturally)
