Do you wait for signs of interest before approaching?

There are some women who don't support multiculturalism, but because its not popular to side with the 'racists, nazis, white supremacists' as referred to by the media, most (western women) don't because they lack courage and love to live in the politically correct bubble created for them by the globalists.

So at 36 she was still willing to monkey around with men from tinder. No prospect for the future, lost in the lies of movies like "no strings attached". Bearing in mind she probably blamed her lack of success with men on men.

If you meet a Millenial woman in person after texting for a while, most likely she will seem like a fish out of water. Their strength is gone because they can no longer hide behind their text once you with them face to face. They have to 'deal' with you in person and take some momentary responsibility, hence why most interractions don't go further than texting (often not because of a lack of trying from the man to meet up).

This has been my experience anyway.

True. If she doesn't feel the tingles from your texting game, she will conclude that you are not worth it. She can do better. You go girl. 

The whole thing is pretty pathetic when you think about it.
