Do you guys have abs? How defined is it? I want to have abs too but i would look like a cancer patient on chemotherapy

Being lean enough to have visible abs is one of the few ways you can look good as a natty. Limit the amount of junk you eat and you should be able to get lean enough to see your abs. That being said, I have had visible abs since I was 14, so perhaps I just have good genetics for leanness.

I dont eat junk food at all, and even when i look like a stick after fastingĀ i still cant have defined abs unless i tense my muscles. I dont know, i guess i will have to drop even more to see abs, but i dont see any reason to do so. Being a bit thicc is good for me.

Either way, if you're happy with how you look then there's no point changing it. |
