They have the money, resources, and the proper connections to have access to pharma grade stuff. Why wouldnt they use anything to help them be in top shape? If you are willing to pay a big sum of money, doctors will readily prescribe you pharma grade testosterone, hgh, ADHD meds etc.

Just because they happen to be top ceos doesent mean they are perfect. In fact its those guys that usually are the heaviest drug users. The difference here,compared to "normal people" is that they are smart enough to hide it behind lots of closed closets because everyday the medias spotlight is on them. 1 single mistake, and the media is ready to pick up on them. Plus, i am 90% sure they hide their (possible) drug addictions behind fake medical "issues" and doctors prescription. Money and connections can open lots of doors
