My Experience with Waking up at 5 a.m.

It is not sarcastic. Its all true. By the way, he benched 150kg (bodyweight about 60kg) for 1 rep, at the age of 59-60.

why wouldnt he? There is nothing special about the hour you wake up, especially if you have a good nights sleep. What i dont understand is how certain celebrities (donald trump, dwayne johnson etc) can function and be healthy with 4 hours of sleep every night. At first i though they use ADHD meds to have more energy, but even those cant make up for long term loss of sleep as far as i know.

Probably they use more meds than ADHD. One can have that amount of energy due to his willpower but it will be detrimental for his health longterm.
By the way, i referred to the 75 years old man because some think that if you wake up early and be energetic, you will be sleepy and too tired early afternoon/evening

its not genetics, these people at the top are nutjobs and will do ANYTHING to have an advantage so they abuse stims and other drugs

Here's a secret:

Most of the guys who claim to wake up at 3,4,5 a.m. don't actually do it. It's a PR stunt.
