All those professors like Paul Carter from Inject Nation will fill your head with their training preferences and tell you that it's the law.
But in the end, we all know that it's nonsense and those same men would be shockingly small if they weren't injecting heavy doses or roids and eating an absurd amount of food for years.
That's their secret. If you can even call it that.

I really did like that article and I think most of the stuff he puts out is pretty spot on. The article wasn’t about roid injecting females and claiming some magic. It showed a very basic simple routine hitting each body part once a week can yield results. 10 good sets per body part a week can drive muscle growth and strength. I actually may change my twice a week full body routine up and try the split in the article for myself. Don’t have anything to lose as I’m natural haha

Protein synthesis means jack and shit when you have been lifting naturally for the past 24 years. I hit my genetic peak a long long time ago. It doesn’t matter these days if I hit a muscle once a week or three times. I won’t look any different at all. Unless I start to eat like a horse and fatten/bulk up. And not doing that anytime soon.
