But some have genetic freak, take that into accounts as well.

Those example in article generally mean "generally achievable".

Always explore your true genetic. Take to the peak.

These are astonishingly low-grade expectations for what's possible naturally. I am drug-free, competed, and surpass all these physiques. For real! So do all my drug-free bodybuilder friends. And no, we are not some bullshit fake natties thinking some asshole can get onstage naturally, shredded to the bone over 200# at average height.

If there weren't some sociopathic lurkers and posters on here, I'd gladly show my pictures.

There's a diference between what is possible naturally (what there is at least one individual capable of) and what is expected naturaly (what is the common result for those who dedicate themselves to that activity).

I think the article focused on the later, since fitness is a subject where the repeatability of the process is a common theme. Training routines, diets, supplements... are sold based on the expected result for the majority not on the result that is possible for a few outliers.
