^ Plus, using this method with 20-rep breathing squats, if you stop around half way through, you won't achieve the benefits. But with work tasks, cleaning, reading etc, you have actually achieved half your task. It's actually more useful for these other applications.

To the list I’d add quitting porn and some sort of meditation each day. Ideally pure eyes closed meditation.

To correct myself - in the meantime I discovered FB Purity extension who effectively block all FB thrash, check it out by all means
Unfortunately, it's only applicable via desktop web browser - problem still persist if you use FB from mobile app or browser but still better than nothing Cool

I can relate in a way. I used to get regular sex from a girlfriend I used to have  and I still watch porn after we do it.
