For guys who are 6 feet or more.
If you done or doing flat bench press: what is your grip on a standard Olympic bar? Doing inside of rings keeps the elbows tucked in, but nothing is felt in the chest going wider can be felt in the chest, but is scary as everyone says that pecs/shoulders can be snapped. Any input?
