As the title suggest I am Bulgarian. And in Bulgarian there never have been any decent fitness people who used to give decent information for natties. There are still some retarded roid users who advertise bro splits. Bro splits in fucking year 2018. WTF?
But lately, last few years I see some guys emerging with well synthesized fitness advises. What bugs me about them is that last year they are gaining a lot of muscle bass.

So the first one is like 173 cm. and ~80 kgs. I have no idea what his one rep PRs are, but I can see his volume PRs - dead lift 3х5@181, S 5х5@130, military press 5х5@63, bench 117,5х3.
The second one is ~178 @ 80 too. As for him, I have never seen him pull any high numbers, he is doing a lot of these weird cable exercises.
What is off about them is that they are not that strong, but they have insane muscle mass. For example I am 176 @ 71-72 lean as I can get, if I go any further I would probably look like malnutritioned somalian guy. So this is at least 7-8 kg difference. And everybody who is training from many years knows how hard is to gain even 1 kg of muscle.
Just to draw a parallel I am stronger than the second guy, especially in my pull strength since I am able to do pull-ups with 50 kgs for reps and sets with good form and haven't ever seen him pulling more than 10-15 kills. But not as strong as the first guy lower body strength, because I stopped doing these heavy lower body workouts, because CSN is getting raped like a goat from bunch of arabs, which makes me feel like shit. In the end the effort is not paying me any dividends, except impressing some guys "look at that skinny guy dead lifting 170 kg for reps"
So what do you think about these guys, are they natty?
