When Omar started his channel though, eight years ago, being "natural" was the latest hot thing.(01-23-2019, 01:30 AM)Templar Wrote: The funny thing is of all shadow pinners on Youtube Omar is actually one of the easiest to expose. It's so obvious that he has a drug user total, yet people are defending him the most and keep buying into his shit. He is just a type of fake natty who is pushing the strength and performance agenda. There are others. That AlphaFaggot comes to mind. He is also secretly pinning and at the same time his braindead followers are buying his book so they can become naturally enhanced. It just blows my mind... And another thing - have you noticed how much they are trying to emphasize that they are natural? When you hear that it's already a red flag.
They could just ignore the subject altogether. I doubt they will lose followers.
He has milked that cow thoroughly since then and has built a profound business on it. But now he has reached a dead end. There is no way for him to go anymore. Yet another PR? He is already tremendously strong and has pushed that strength thing outrageously far. Most people watching "Fitness" Youtube however don't care about strength, they want that muscular look. Currently, Omar is not the first to think of in that respect. So in order for him to further increase his market share, he needs that looks-like-achievable-naturally-but-isn't- edge to keep up with his competitors.
But since he is trapped in his fake-natty corner, he can only move slowly. Recently, more and more drug addicts have shown up on his channel. I mean, if you are a saint, why dance with the devil? He also brings up that steroid topic over and over again, congratulates fake natties who eventually reveal their drug abuse, cites studies that everybody is on gear, and so on. Why do that if it does not fit your business?
To me, it seems that he is just carefully testing the audience's acceptance of him being likely enhanced, i.e., making his delusional fanboys slowly comfortable with an Omar 2.0, so to speak, in order to get to the next level.
