Apparently AthleanX's Overthinking Leads to "Unheard of Gains"
#11
Athlean X pissed me off because his routines were unheard of. I bought his program about two years ago. I fell for his scam because he has incredible looking arms. His routines sucked ass because they were too weird and complicated. His 6 different arm workouts for biceps alone made me want to completely skip all the triceps exercises. Of course, I did his exercises, but just the biceps exercises because they took me an hour and half, and the biceps day occurred twice a week instead of one. I spent 18 weeks on his program and did not see much result. Maybe I had fatceps and it was too hard to tell if there was any difference.

I gave up his routine then started to make up my own biceps exercises, which was a lot more fun, and to my surprise, my biceps responded a little better and I felt much better after I finished the workout. Instead of 6 workouts for biceps, I did only 3.

Maybe I misunderstood what Athlean X was trying to do. Maybe his program was aimed for pro lifters who have already maxxed their arms size or they were for hard gainers. Either way, his workouts were ridiculous.
