My Opinion on the MGTOW Movement

(02-13-2019, 02:25 PM)locutus24 Wrote: My parents had us watch those romantic comedy movies. I always thought as a kid and teenager they were harmless little dumb movies. I guess I was wrong. I could've not considered them dumb and made better preparations for this insane dating world. Those movies were harsh lessons on what would come later and I didn't take my notes.

I may write a thesis on the harm of romantic comedy movies have on babies and population growth. It could get dismissed as a badly correlated research project, but I see a correlation. For every romance movie made, there exist at least 10,000 women who will postpone marriage until they are unable to bear children. I was roommates with a college female when I first started. She had a shelf of DVDs, and almost all were romance comedies. Those damn romance comedies TruthSeeker. They're like rats that spread and leave feces that can't be cleaned.

What is the definition of a bad boy? I only hear about them on forums and haven't really witnessed them as I'm so antisocial. Are these guys stereotypes who own Harley's and take women on thrill rides or something? Like maybe a famous boxer or a CEO who brings them over for a night or two to fuck their brains out and then say bye?

Well, at least they end up old and alone in an apartment somewhere and can suffer until they're in the grave. Probably will go to a psychiatrist and get meds for their "depression" over never finding "the one." I've done a fair share of socializing and dating in NY where the average female age is late 20s to 30s and I see the despair in their eyes at dating events and on the streets. I sometimes smirk at their despair and have no empathy for them. Every female who suffers is a win for me and it's the only satisfaction I can get. Maybe they'll overdose on drugs and hopefully die in the bathtub after watching their last romance comedy. Sorry I'm cruel and perhaps diabolical, but sometimes I just want most of these females to suffer and just perish.

A bad boy is a guy who can destroy her self-esteem and elicit some weird dream within her brain. It's the guy that she can't have. He is slippery. Meanwhile, the nice guy is the beta that comes on time, dressed well and opens the door for her. He is polite and does not slide his hand on her leg on the first date. He is easy to decode and has no surprise moves. He is boring and stupid to her. She does not feel butterflies when she talks to him.

So unless the nice guy looks like Brad Pitt, he is rejected. The explanation is something illogical and stupid. The blame is on him. Is he really guilty thought? Yes and no. But most of all he is unaware and innocent.

Women also suffer from the case of too many choice. Honestly, it's a stupid circle. There's nothing deep about it. In its core, it's trivial.

All you say is true. However, there’s a solution: don’t go for women who like psychopaths! I didn’t. And my married friends didn’t.

I've seen 40-year-old women on Tinder write in their bio description that they want kids. Seriously, darling? I mean, you may have them, but what took you so long?

The perfect age for a baby is up to the early 30s and that's pushing it. I've worked with women who are in their late 20s and think about having a family as much as a PlayStation kid thinks about investing in a mutual fund. They are all about "traveling".

If you ask them why they postpone everything, the answer is - no good men out there. Sure. This translates to - "I've looked for my mythical man who satisfies my 15 pages of requirements but didn't find him." Now I am old and stupid.

Haha, I have a nice anecdote on this one:

One of my girlfriend's friends is 40+ now. She desperately wanted to have a child. But she simply couldn't find "The Right Man ™". Eventually she even asked a man she met on a party upfront just to impregnate her with no other consequences (finance, parenting, ...) whatsoever (Yeah, if you cannot trust a female, who can you?). But he declined. So she eventually went for artificial insemination. However, the doctors denied her wish since the state here rightfully requires a partnership for that. The dutch are more relaxed on that matter, so she eventually went to a fertility clinic in Holland. There, she could pick potential spenders from a catalogue. Each man had a bulletin in that catalogue with all his attributes (eye color, hair color, height, weight, origin, and so on) and a nice story about his past and what he does for a living now. She eventually choose a Swedish surfer dude with blonde hair and brown eyes, most likely a guy she would have craved in real life. Just recently she gave birth to her daughter.

That woman is not ugly (maybe a high six, low seven now), is thin, and slutty social. She lives in the financial center of the country with lots of banks. So there are definitely some handsome guys. She is a lawyer though ;)

When I asked my girlfriend why her friend needs to go to a fertility clinic to become pregnant, she responded with: "The men there are all trash. Should she go for a douchebag or what?"

Seems we have reached the next level in female hypergamy with 99% of all males being degraded to douchebags unworthy to procreate.

You stated in basic terms that your girlfriends friend is a misguided woman. You then stated that your girlfriend in no uncertain terms has the same mindset. Did I miss something?

I don't watch porn, but I see the humour.

Bro', that was not the point of the story.

On my girlfriend, she was likely defending her friend. She often teases me in one way or the other due to my "Middle Ages" point of view (as she calls it). Then I just have to respond appropriately (tease her back), she smiles, and everything is fine. She is easygoing as long as I behave as I should as a man.

"Was that called for? ... but I see the humour."
Yeah, never mess with another man's woman. ;)

The woman to the left is the former wife of Michael Schumacher's little brother (who was also a successful Formula One driver).

She is a little bit dated now but still hot by all standards. And due to her former husband you can assume her to be wealthy.

The sweet and charming man to the right is her new boyfriend, "Lennox" (btw, a name that automatically implies underclass here). He is a member of the local Hell's Angels chapter. Here, these biker clubs are notorious for being involved in all kinds of crimes (criminal assault, drug trafficking, prostitution, ...).

Maybe she is just trolling and playing with the cliche, but *he* is definitely the stereotype you have asked for.

Edit: That picture is as red pill as hell. Look at the kid in the upper left corner. A skinny boy, possibly lifting to impress his platonic high school sweetie or so, while that big bad mofo simply grabs his hottie like a lion grabs its prey not even being aware of the kid's pathetic existence.

That bad boy can attract t that woman while normal men cannot. Likewise, that man can’t attract a  ormal woman. So it’s not even worth a “nice guy” fretting over.

I said it before: if you’re a nice guy, ordinary guy, then simply forget trying to attract degenerate or rich or overly ambitious or exceptionally good looking women. You won’t win. Aside from some, most of these women are losers in the grand scheme.

There is also the issue of MALE hypergamy. Many men focus solely on beautiful women, underestimating that are not of the same socioeconomic background as the women they want.

TLDR: if you’re ordinary, go for an ordinary woman. If you’re a 5, go for a 5. Either that, or accept being alone.

He does look very menacing though. Its too bad he gets psycho attention whore bitches. I always wanted a girl like that.

I guess we would all have to join a gang, tatooe our faces and hop on steroids to attract this type of women. Totally worth it.

Here’s the thing though. Ordinary guys aren’t gonna do it and they know they won’t, as implied in my post above.
