Otherwise agreed on every point. The stubborn mule in me still trains calves. However I do them while supporting the bar with a clean grip so my back also gets worked with these.

To be fair on leg day, training your arms religiously could also be seen as a waste of time, you get more admiration for it but spending up to 3 days in the gym dedicated to training arms just for perhaps 2 inches of growth on such a small body part, might have been considered lunacy 200 years ago?

When I was in college I used to do parallel dips like once every two days if I recall for a time. I remember stagnating and actually being able to do less and less dips. Now I only do dips once a week (I still train chest, tris and shoulders twice a week however) and each time I do them I can normally do a few extra reps on the initial set.
Some women also may be attracted to a male's well-developed muscular glutes (Greek sculpture-style male ass), which lower body training helps with. I don't think all are, but probably some are. I remember some movie scene where a couple chicks said the tall basketball player had a nice ass. But again, what women say they are attracted to and what they actually are attracted to sometimes are not the same. Definitely the upper back, shoulders, neck (NFL player neck look), chest and good abs. Arms I'm not so sure. Forearms with a thick wrist probably signal "manliness" to women though.

I have never cared about my calves. They are average size and I never look at them nor do I have dreams or day dreams about getting bigger calves. I don't plan on transforming my legs into something similar to elephant legs. I never do calve-focused exercises. Just quads mostly. Dream of having the quads that the Covenant Elites have in Halo!

Dips are pretty draining for me. I need at least two days between dip workouts. They are the best chest destroyer for me; even bench doesn't compare. If I make a new PR say 2 extra reps for a set and if I don't rest at least 2 days then I will perform worst and do less reps the day I do dips.

I don't care much for push ups. I actually do like ring push ups though as that gives you an extra stretch and don't do anything bad to shoulder joints. Every once in a while will strap the rings to my power rack and stretch my chest in the morning.

Yeah, curls for the gurls sometimes is wasteful. Chin ups (weighted better) build arms though and they do make me feel more of a man when I do them rather than curls. They have psychological benefits for me plus it's awesome using your own muscles to float yourself to bar heaven. It's like you've surpassed humanity and are a god now. Just kidding! haha

Only leg exercises I do are oly squats frequently and deads once in a while. Probably should do more deads to get more attractive spinal erectors you mentioned.
