I personally don't think its necessary to lift more than what your current bodyweight is. If you can front squat, close grip bench press and bent barbell row your own bodyweight you will be strong enough and already at your genetic max (probably even before those numbers).

^^^ that is true. Going above body weight on most compounds is just ego
