Most useful and the most useless piece of fitness equipment that you bought?
#1
Kettlebell - most useless (kettlebell can be useful, but I don't use mine at all - I spent solid amount of money for 10kg piece in my passed delusion that kettlebell will turn me into super strong beast  Big Grin but now it's only collecting dust in corner of my room, sadly

Most useful - pushup handles for me , they are cheap, friendly to the hand wrists and allow you to stretch a little more in down position making your pushups a little bit more challenging
After I bought them I didn't done single pushup with palms at the ground for years

I don't know kettlebells but don't think they are useless. They provide a bit of everything. The major problem is that they overpriced and used to be overhyped.

The most useful equipment that I bought were my homemade rings, neck harness and bands. I also have push-up handles but don't use them since I rarely do push-ups anyway.

As for the neck training. How would you train it in the gym that has no harness or a machine? Putting plates on the forehead?

There are people who claim that shrugs work the neck. They have cobra traps but a swan neck. Tips?

As far as I recall, the most useless equipment that I bought was a pair of cheap hand grippers - they are too easy and break very fast.

Luckily, we didn't bought ours, we borrowed it from my neighbor who was dumb enough to buy it

Hello, Smile my most useful purchase was barbell with plates, year later I've bought power rack. Useless: manta ray, elastic bands and kono knee sleeves.

The only useful piece of fitness equipment I ever bought is weighted vest. I like it.
