Nobody talks about this side of fitness and consequences of radical changes in lifestyle
Saggy skin when you lean out for example
I lost more than 20kg and I have some loose skin on arms, butt and especially abdomen - luckily not that much, and it's only noticeable when I bend my torso or doing movements like planks and pushups when my stomach is sagging like some old plastic bag Smile
Striation also (I also have some on my abdomen)
And only way you can fix this is via aesthatic surgery
