I never considering TFE (thermic food effect) into calories count per day.

Should I bother include it or just simple counts what I eat?

EX: eat 2000, get 2000 or 2000 - with TFE 10% = 1800? I been curious for sometimes now.

Actually I never factor TFE in. Should i do it? I want to maximize every calories I can get. Thanks in advanced.

NO...it's minimal like most things.
It's like the old "if you do HIT  workouts" you burn fat for 48 hours....shown to be B*S*
Calories is 99.999%
How you get to cut calories is your goal.
Most people underestimate how much hey consume each day. Bad habits with snacking, sugary foods, drink, 4-5 meals a day etc...it's about 3,500+ cal's a day....of course you are going to be fat.Try and get down to 1,500 see how little that is.
