Let's talk nat T Levels?
#1
Ok as naturals we need to keep our T levels as high as possible for as long as possible. No Test. (natural) and even we are f***.

 So some questions:

1) What is our natural levels?

2) Does it drop off with age? Can we do anything about it? (stop it..slow it down)

3) Does it make much of difference say being at an average range as opposed to the high range? I presuming say a 21 year old will have higher levels than a 60 year old and therefore his fat burning, energy and muscle building will be a little better because of this?

4) Can any supplements help?

5) If you have high end of Nat T levels at say 70 would you still have a good physique? or are other factors effecting you?

In short is it possible to naturally have the T levels of a 21 year old at 70+? Or is it a race against age we can only slow down?

1. I can't remember, there a chart of natty T level somewhere on google but I remember somewhere below 300s is considered low.

2. Yep, you grow old, your T dropped. That's why we lift, to slow it down. Its inevitable.

3. I dunno if this matter but if your ranges is good, nothing stop you from getting stronger from training. If your ranges is piss poor low end, you have very hard time getting strong. Simple as that.

4. I read that "food" can help you boost T level naturally. Seek foods that high in Zinc and Magnesium. Some vitamin D can bit help so go topless outdoor often if you don't mind tan line. Don't skip fat because fat is important for hormone builds in our body.

5. I am not 70, can't tell but those 60-70 that still have high T is not natural for sure, they probably on drugs or TRT.

I heard somewhere that a mans t levels peak at 25, then gradually decrease from there. Not sure how accurate that is though.

Even if it is true, we all know a mans desirability goes up as he gets older (up to about 45 I would think depending on how well he's kept himself), then a slow decline to 55, then slightly accelerated decline from 60+ but he is still desirable to women 10-20 years younger than him (especially if he's well off and still in decent shape).

With women once they hit 30 their best days are definitely behind them. Its a gradual decline to 35, then boom, accelerated decline all the way to their 50's, after which they pretty much obsolete to society with the exception of their family.

So men can basically peak at about 25-45 in terms of desirability. With women its about 18-24 + /- depending on who you ask.
sadly another thing about women as they age is their estrogen levels drop....and they become real misrerable..man ****ers' Like your mother in law. Awful.

A women in her 20's is simply not the same one at 50+. They need to tell young lads this before they throw away their lives

1) You can easily look it up

2) Yes it drops. You can diminish it by training and be healthy.

3) Not really. There are studies showing that people with average T outgrew people with high T. There are many other factors contributing to growth. The Truth Seeker goes into great detail in one of his books.

4) Not really.

5) There are other problems that might come with age that could inhibit your fitness.
