I rarely get food in supermarkets. I get all my food from organic delivery, all items sent can be recycled. Wish I did this sooner. All the foods taste amazing!!! I still go to the local shops and the butcher if I can. The meat is rotten in supermarkets, the veg's are rotten, it's not worth the money. I know whatever I do, I'll never be 100% pure, but at least I try.
I know longer get foods in supermarkets.

I grow my own spinache in the garden. I have some sweet potaotes and tomatoes growing too.
Gardening is healthy (to have your hands in soil) and a good hobby.

Organic food from fresh market and supermarket can be quite expensive and I think it's marketing scam - organic food production also use pesticides and herbicides , the only difference is that they are certified for organic production
Real oragnic food is something that you can grow in your own garden or from small farm which produce food in that way (03-14-2021, 01:05 PM)Brett Wrote: I grow my own spinache in the garden. It comes from the local farm. The boxes are recyclable, the plastic is disposable, even had some sheep wool come in the box to keep the meat fresh. I am collecting it to make my own pillow. I am saving money actually. However, this is only good for individuals. I wouldn't buy meat from them all the time. "Organic food from fresh market and supermarket can be quite expensive and I think it's marketing scam" - ah, I said organic delivery? Mabey I didn't explain well, it comes from local farm that makes their food organic. |
