I am 40 and have been all over the place training wise. Besides a few college years I’ve been lifting weights for 25+ years. Bodybuilding, powerlifting, CrossFit, all of it. I reached my genetic potential mid 20’s, but forever chased the dream. Everything past that has been just workout jerking off I swear. Article is spot on! Chasing that last 10% of your natural potential is such a slippery and dreadful slope.
