Yeah there are so many different options when it comes to training. I just decided to stick with what I like. I decided to train on Mon, Wed and Friday with push and pull and some legs on Wednesday. Arm curl isolation all three days.

On Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday I do Neck curls and Abs. Although also abs on the other days too.

Some people would say its overkill but personally I enjoy it.
