I have had some mad experiences over the years due to going without sleep. One thing I found the meds go well with is video games lol. I would play skyrim or dark souls all night and get really into the game. The meds do have side effects though yeah. Like you miss the bigger picture and focus on minor details too much. But I have abused the meds irresponsibly in the past to stay up gaming. They also make me really horny which is weird, so I have had some epic porn and masturbation marathons on adhd meds lol. Adderall? Man this thing is illegal in Greece too bad i cant have it : Yes your dosage is too high man for having it every day, if i were you i would talk to my doctor and try lower the dosage to more appropriate levels. Here is a thing with those meds, if you take them too long or too high dosage, you become way too accustomed to them, and they are a pain in the ass to get over because you then experience bad side effects from not having them (withdrawal symptoms). They also seem to lose that "high" effect you get, and you then feel tempted to up the dosage because you feel like they dont "cure" your ADHD while in reality all that is happening is that the body is accustomed to the dosage and quickly metabolizes it because your brain creates more dopamine receptors in response to the huge dopamine/norepinephrine flooding your brain. The most i have ever been (for university exams) was 52mg concerta (methylphenidate) and 3 modafinil pills 100mg each and i felt like a mess. Seriously i had never been so edgy in my life . I felt my mind was racing faster than anything could go around me. Thats insane. And yes, ADHD meds + gaming is perfect. Also ADHD meds make me more creative. But i think the word "make" is actually wrong here, because all these drugs do is unlock your potential that is shrouded by ADHD. As for the, ahem, horny thing, this is natural to happen because of the dopamine flooding your brain. However, just use the extra energy for great workouts and for sex with women. Porn is the worst thing to watch to (especially if done in excess) for a million of reasons.

Yeah I dont take them very often now. But they are available for me any time I like from the chemist. It is crazy because they are basically speed pills lol.
I never had adderall, but have had concerta in 54mg pills too. Are dexamphetamine illegal in Greece then? They are quite a powerful stimulant I admit. They don't help me creatively like they do some people. But they do help me concentrate. When I try and write on dexamfetamine, I spend about five hours on one paragraph focusing on minor details.

But what i am saying is i would to stay like this until I drop dead (which is hopefully 40+ years off) Let's say i got to 65...and my nat. Test dropped off a cliff and it was purely to do with age. i.e. no hope of it ever coming back...i would consider T.R.T. just to get me back to high natural levels (not over that) I would prefer to keep my nat T levels high throughout my life. Is that possible through nutrition, lifestyle? I am not sure. Age eventually catches up on everyone. I have no idea what my T levels are but i presume they are fine as I lift heavy weights, have good muscles, keep lean no problem... ( i say no problem....i obviously have to watch what I eat like a hawk, if ito binge on sh***i'll pile the fat back on) In the UK most people over 40 look like dog **** Most over 50 look like they are ready to die... Do they have Low T because of their lifestyle or does Low T dictate their lifestyle? |
