Thank you for your advice and concern. But I've been weight training 6x a week with heavy movements and been in a caloric deficit for quite some time now. Lost about 80 pounds far. I was over 400 pounds at one point. 

One day I'm going to die and I don't want to die as a 400 pound fatbody with nothing to show for my life. That should be the motivation anyone needs for training, dieting, and sleeping.
