I'm almost in the end of 4th decade and I look better than most of the people from my surrounding and generation who, btw, mostly look like shit
Also my female colleagues who are little older or same age thinks that I look good, and sex drive is still excellent
Enough for me
same boat as you.....Fitter/stronger now than at any stage in my life. No need to screw it up. Nor do i want to get any bigger.
But what i am saying is i would to stay like this until I drop dead (which is hopefully 40+ years off)
Let's say i got to 65...and my nat. Test dropped off a cliff and it was purely to do with age. i.e. no hope of it ever coming back...i would consider T.R.T. just to get me back to high natural levels (not over that)
I would prefer to keep my nat T levels high throughout my life. Is that possible through nutrition, lifestyle? I am not sure. Age eventually catches up on everyone. I have no idea what my T levels are but i presume they are fine as I lift heavy weights, have good muscles, keep lean no problem... ( i say no problem....i obviously have to watch what I eat like a hawk, if ito binge on sh***i'll pile the fat back on)
In the UK most people over 40 look like dog **** Most over 50 look like they are ready to die...
Do they have Low T because of their lifestyle or does Low T dictate their lifestyle?
