If man look more buffed or shredded in a gym, beach or pool in comparison with other "fitness" people there is a good chance the he is on something
I once saw guy on a pool who had very thick midsection though he didn't looked that big - many fit guys didn't have midsection like this, they kinda looked skinny in lean state
They will probably say he train and eats better, or maybe it's even genetics - yeah nice story bro
As for genetics I think that gifted people are certainly not available on every corner
