so when you see Youtube kids twice as big and a lot leaner.....just LOL

Here are the old time strongmen that were pro lifters. That is the human limit. No amount of (S) HIT or reverse sideways planks on a ball will change this:

yeah i posted Sandow, Aston and that german guy (schroner??)

My point is they are not huge. Muscualr and very strong but not huge nor super ripped.

So when you have a 21 year old weak kid trhat can't lift half of what they did but he's 15kg of muscle heavier......go figure.

Do n't forget they were doing their lifting routine 2-3x a day....beyond not being fat they weren't that bothered. it was about strength (show) rather than looking pretty.
Sandow smoked, drank (moderation) and said he had no special diet.
Women would come upto him to feel his muscles.
End of the day they earned their money from being a strong showman.
