Most useful and the most useless piece of fitness equipment that you bought? - Navigator - 12-14-2018 Kettlebell - most useless (kettlebell can be useful, but I don't use mine at all - I spent solid amount of money for 10kg piece in my passed delusion that kettlebell will turn me into super strong beast but now it's only collecting dust in corner of my room, sadlyMost useful - pushup handles for me , they are cheap, friendly to the hand wrists and allow you to stretch a little more in down position making your pushups a little bit more challenging After I bought them I didn't done single pushup with palms at the ground for years RE: Most useful and the most useless piece of fitness equipment that you bought? - TruthSeeker - 12-14-2018 I don't know kettlebells but don't think they are useless. I also have push-up handles but don't use them since I rarely do push-ups anyway. Putting plates on the forehead? There are people who claim that shrugs work the neck. They have cobra traps but a swan neck. Tips?
