It's him. On one of the newer rookiejournal posts it says about how he's been writing at irongangsta.blogspot.com, and on one of the newer irongangsta posts it says he's been working on a new website called nattyornot.com.
Interesting to see where it all started.

yes it is Truth. I've been reading his works even back those dates. Time indeed does fly. He is also the writer at https://irongangsta.blogspot.com/
