Home gym equipment - Rickley - 09-10-2020 Gym is out and will stay out due to living in forever lockdown so I'll probably go bodyweight exercises. What are some equipment for weighted pushups and weighted pullups? Also are dips required as I don't have a dip bar. What are bodyweight options for overhead press? I am not adviced to do handstand pushups. RE: Home gym equipment - Simple Simon - 09-11-2020 http://nattyornotforum.com/showthread.php?tid=990 RE: Home gym equipment - TruthSeeker - 09-11-2020 I have one adjustable dumbbell, a homemade T-handle, neck harness and a way to do pull-ups and dips. P.S. I can't stand those masks. It's ridiculous. RE: Home gym equipment - Navigator - 09-12-2020 I do dips on a fence V shape corner on a nearby playground You could do dips at home between chairs if they are sturdy and stable enough I have homemade trx (trees are great to hang it up), makeshift medicine ball and a pair od 6kgs dumbells (just fine for shoulder movement) and thats pretty much all RE: Home gym equipment - lemmings - 09-12-2020 (09-11-2020, 09:36 AM)TruthSeeker Wrote: P.S. I can't stand those masks. It's ridiculous. I feel the same. They have a minimal effect at best, and yet it's against the law to go without them unless you're exempt (in my country at least). They offer a poor return on your investment in my opinion. |
