I'd say he's natural. He's not that lean, even by natty standards.
As a side note, the amount of horny comments on the article once again proves that having an aesthetic face is much more important than having a buff physique. He's far from the biggest guy in that competition, yet he's the one whose looks catapulted him into a career as a movie star and sex symbol.
