Go to Rosstraining.com. He’s selling digital versions of never gym less for $1. I train in my garage 99% of the time so this has little to no effect on my training.

Yes
I train at home or in a park on bars for years now (this weekend they even banned people from all public areas like parks, playgrounds so I am forced to train at home)
Don't worry - you can still get effective workout from home with little to none equipment (there are tons of bodyweight exercises to occupy yourself for a long long time)

The issue I have with bodyweight exercises is that they are difficult to progress, and ineffective for the lower body. I also don't wanna shell out a truckload of money for home gym equipment when I know I won't be using it in a few months when the gyms reopen.

Some useful exercises to perform at home:
- One legged calf raises on a block.
In bare feet on 1/2 inch gum rubber mat
Dumbbell bench/incline press if you don't have a spotter or power rack
Dips between chairs

You can also check Charles Bronson Solitary Fitness and Felon Fitness - lots of good ideas for home training with minimal or none equipment, very cheap only a few $ or you can find it on net for free
Some of the routines are very intese - you will be fried

I would do:
1. Pull-ups
2. Dips
3. Ride bike/Run
All outside because that "lockdown situation" will play a number on your mind too. Humans are not designed to remain in "hibernate mode" for so long.

Thanks for the no bullshit advice. I think everyone is already starting to feel the cabin fever.

Yes, push ups, if you don't have back or shoulder issues
Also, squats with dumbbells on your shoulders.
