In my point of view, office job is the worst place for men in ''good age''. 
Some of them were necessary in previous decades, but computers make them redundant. However, public services continue to employed new workers, despite lack of need. On the other hand, the salary is above average.
Do you have some help for them, besides social networks, youtube, listening to music, gossiping... which makes situation even worse.
