If you are recreational lifter and natural quite frankly who gives a fuck for 10% increase - it's almost like nothing when you look at major scheme
You will get the pretty much same effect if you take some coffee with lots of sugar before or during training
Also it's very questionable that supposed strength increase is actually from creatine and not from placebo and water retention (plus you look like a bloated shit because of this)
On the other side, If you are pro or if you want real stuff you will take steroids which are far more effective and give concrete results
Creatine = fool's gold
Never felt anything from creatine, but was never bloated either. Water retention depends mostly on your diet, especially if you are taking drugs. I mean, yeah, some compounds aromatize more, but that's just one more reason to watch you diet. It's funny when you see guys who eat like shit and then complain about water. Now, I have to take this, I have to take that... No, you are just a moron. But you can't help them.
