True, because stuffing shit down your retarded face 3 times a day is overkill unless you are trying to bulk up. All breakfast meals i have always taste like cardboard, tasteless and boring, because my body is actually not in need of food.

Good breakfast. Eggs build testosterone. Pork has protein and B12. Not sure about beans and toast, although they taste good.
