To eat all but in moderation and to focus on real food - some junk from time to time won't do any harm
Do not BUY candies, soda drinks, alcohol, cigarets...
Learn to cook.

There is lot healthy bars and biscuits out there.

Every day but in small amount, that way you can satisfy your sweet tooth without too much effect on your health and avoid binging Also sometimes I allow myself a little more junk on a training days when I already spent more calories
