What's the best strategy for healthy eating without it turning into an obsession?

To eat all but in moderation and to focus on real food - some junk from time to time won't do any harm

Do not BUY candies, soda drinks, alcohol, cigarets...
Learn to cook.

Those things are usually loaded with sugar.

How often do you eat junk? I find going too long without any junk foods eventually leads to bingeing.

Every day but in small amount, that way you can satisfy your sweet tooth without too much effect on your health and avoid binging
Also sometimes I allow myself a little more junk on a training days when I already spent more calories
