Quitting porn
#1
Has anyone managed to quit porn? I've been trying to for a while now, but I'm finding it difficult because my sex life is sporadic at best. I know it's a damaging habit, but I don't know how to go about replacing it.

Step 2: Replace Instagram with Facebook

Step 3: Replace Facebook with TV Shows.

Porn also twisted the image of how sex should look like - many women find stuff from porn repulsive in bed
Masturbation on other hand is just fine - it's a good stress reliever especially for people who don't have healthy sex lives

Anyone actually managed to quit? This is probably the hardest thing I've ever tried to do. I go without porn for 2-3 months, and then slip back into old habits. I know it's bad but I do it anyway. It sucks.
