Not sarcasm, just posting the video for discussion.

Some of the examples are obviously juicers.

I remember Stuart McRobert's 'Hardgainer' magazine would always talk about providing advice specifically for the "drug-free, genetically typical", but rarely showed pictures of such people. (The people on the cover were drug users, but B&W photos mainly from the 50s.)

The truth is, if the reality of what a drug-free, genetically typical trainee could achieve was shown, how many teenage boys would ever have bothered?

People who buy books or browse foruns about lifting are a small niche when you consider all gym goers.
The vast majority of people would be ok with what they could reach just with strenght training and keeping fat under control, but the people who spend money on fitness related stuff would not.

The false expectations hurt these people in a different way than the fitness obsessed crowd.
They are told that the fake natty phisiques (that is too freakish for most people) are the result of extreme hard work, intensity, dedication... so, by logic, a true natural phisique (that is what they want) is result of semi-consistent low-effort in the gym.
As a result they aren't able even to get close their natural potential, so they either give up or became that guy who goes to the gym for 10 years and still cant do 6 chinups.

Ah Alberto Nunez is juiced for sure. Every natural who goes that low on body fat will get his muscle mass melted from the long calories deficit, unless he is on some kind of anabolic steroid which will prevent it. As this guy Able said, Alberto is not a mass monster, but his low body fat is unrealistic.

21:05 This guy in weird haircut is definitely juiced too.

Anyways I watched some of this guy videos and I share some views of his from this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tRKpyCKZphQ : if you are unable to make good gains on the most minimalistic two days a week program, you probably won't make it even on something more advanced.

Another one: you will probably make most if your gains(80-90%) with some minimalistic compound lifts program. For nattys 1x volume per week will give you 1x gains. But going from 1x to 2x volime per week will not land 2x gains, because of the diminishing returns as natty and in reality for 2x volume you will get 1.1x gains. And increasing the volume to 3x a week you not only won't make gains, but you will regress.

Alberto is just another bullshiter. You can see at the beginning of this clip https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lGFwZTfXAmo that he was not natural. And then that story how he bought 1000 dollars worth of prohormones, but you know at the last moment he threw them in the garbage. Yeah, very believable Alberto...

Youtube fitness stuff is a joke:
-Use steroids
-Look like a random steroid user
-Say you never used steroids
-Lecture people on discipline, following your dreams and other self-help cliche

Nowdays better working strategy is to cruise on some low level dose of test like 150-200 mg/dl, which will make you like like kinobody, noting too crazy, but still few steps above natural limits.

Legit. Shadow pinning is a very solid strategy.
